Nocturne Nebula can have problems written below.

* Common cautions for both Cacao skin and Pure white skin*

1. Black wigs can die the contacting materials.

Dark color wigs can die other materials.

Especially wool hairs are coloring the ivory hair to various colors

and dark color can be smeared.

Please use a head cap for protection or prevent using the wig for a long time.

2. Due to the same reason to no.1, putting on black clothes for a long time can die the body.

Please avoid wearing the clothes for a long time and if necessary, we recommend doing body wrapping.

* Cautions on Cacao skin *

1. Joints or parts that have frictions can make white dust.

Bright skin causes dust as well but it is not clearly noticeable 

but on dark skin, the white dust stands out.

In case using a magic eraser or sandpaper can thin the skin color.

This is the property of the resin doll and not the fault.

The dusts will be easily wiped away but the thin scratch can remain.

2. Due to the same reason as no.1, we are not able to sand the parting line much

and the line could stand out.

On the other hand, there could be minor color differences due to the line removing operation.

This is not regarded as the fault or the reason for the warranty service.

3. The marveling, small dust on unseen parts like the backside of head or body, inside of the arm, or parting line gap, small air bubbles are not regarded as the faults in Cacao skin.

Stains on other parts including face, neck, collarbone, back of the hand, or other easily noticeable parts can receive a warranty service after consulting with Dear Mine office.
