No.2 Shopping point movement request
Please send the information to Dear Mine’s email (dearminewiz@naver.com).
The email needs to include the Name, membership email address of the previous website, Shopping points you have on the previous website, New ID, and email for the new website.
We will transfer your shopping points to the new website.
No,3 Current order information movement
You can check your current order shipping status at the previous website until the shipping is over.
If you want to move the shipping information to the new website, please send us the order information by email(dearminewiz@naver.com).
We will make your private payment page in the “Layaway” category with the title “(Name)’s private payment page”, and you can continue your order from the page.
The price is marked as 0 USD so it won’t charge you anything.
The page will show the information including your order details and payment dates.
This service won’t apply to the orders that finished shipping.
